Do You Know What Standard To Use For Estimating Travel Expenses For Typical 3-5 Day Business Trip?
I’m trying to figure out how to budget for annual business travel expenses. How much do you allow for a typical 3-5 day trip? Including airfare, parking, hotel, meals, taxi, etc.

It all depends on what city you are going too, it is that simple you cant give an average for all cities because all cities have a different cost, I handle travel cost for the US Government and my travel cost per day excluding my plane ticket has been as low as 110 dollars a day to 350 dollars a day doing the same thing!
